Pull the carburettor assembly rearwards and disengage them Irom the intake adaptors. The assembly should now be twisted to free the carburettor stubs from the air cleaner hoses, and slid out to the right-hand side. Slacken the choke cable clamp screw and disengage the cable. Slacken the throttle cable adj usters and unhook the cable ends to Iree them. Remove the carburettor assembly and place It to one side. 13 Disconnect the crankcase breather hose and lodge it clear of the engine unit. Dismantle and remove the rear upper engine mounting plates.
